This Privacy Policy applies to USDT Galaxy Forge X Simulator (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.galaxy.forge.simulator.vi, provided by KD Digital App Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”).
1. Application Purpose
The Application is an offline-first virtual cryptocurrency-mining simulator created for entertainment. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, create a real cryptocurrency wallet, distribute digital assets or provide financial or investment services.
2. Simulation Disclaimer
USDT Galaxy Forge X Simulator provides a fictional experience for entertainment purposes only. No real cryptocurrency is mined, generated, purchased, sold, stored, transferred or awarded through the Application.
Every balance, yield, payout, reward, multiplier, hashrate, wallet or vault entry, forge cycle, status indicator and session record shown in the Application exists only within the simulation. These items are not money or digital assets, have no real-world value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or converted into cash or cryptocurrency.
The Application has no connection to a blockchain, cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, mining pool or cloud-mining platform. It does not use the device's CPU, GPU or other hardware to mine cryptocurrency. Nothing in the Application represents an earning opportunity, investment product or financial service.
USDT, Tether and related names or symbols are the property of their respective owners. KD Digital App Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected to Tether Operations Limited or any cryptocurrency company or platform.
3. Information Stored Locally
The Application uses SharedPreferences to save simulation-related information locally on your device, including:
Fictional wallet balance and accruing simulation yield
Active cycle state and timestamps
Daily streak count and last claim time
Virtual rewards and multiplier progress
Simulated session identifiers, hashrates and history
Cached remote configuration and app preferences
This information is not real financial or cryptocurrency data and is not synchronized with a user account. You can delete it through the in-app factory-reset feature, by clearing the Application's data or by uninstalling the Application.
4. Remote Configuration and Technical Requests
The Application uses internet access to retrieve a remote JSON configuration containing links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. When the Application contacts the configuration server, the server or hosting provider may automatically process standard technical request information, such as:
Internet Protocol (IP) address
Request date and time
Basic device, operating-system, package and app-version information
Request status, error information and standard server logs
This limited technical information may be processed temporarily or retained as reasonably necessary for delivering the configuration, security, reliability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
5. Information and Permissions Not Requested
The current version does not require registration or login and does not request your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, SMS, payment-card information, real wallet address, private key or seed phrase.
The Android Application uses the INTERNET permission for remote configuration and external policy links. It does not request sensitive runtime permissions such as location, storage, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS or Bluetooth. Standard Flutter or Android package-visibility declarations do not independently provide access to personal information.
6. No Real Cryptocurrency or Financial Data
The Application does not mine, generate, hold, distribute or transfer real USDT or any other cryptocurrency. It does not connect to a blockchain, cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, mining pool or remote mining service.
All balances, yields, rewards, multipliers, payout amounts, hashrates, wallet entries and session records displayed in the Application are fictional simulation elements with no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or converted into real money or cryptocurrency.
7. External Links
The Application may open Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions or support links using your device's external browser. External websites, browsers and service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. KD Digital App Studio does not control their independent practices.
8. Data Sharing and Sale
KD Digital App Studio does not sell your personal information. Limited technical request information may be processed by hosting, network, operating-system or browser providers only as required to deliver their services, maintain security, comply with law or resolve technical issues.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored simulation information remains on your device until you use the factory-reset feature, clear app data or uninstall the Application. Standard server logs, if retained, are kept according to operational, security and legal requirements.
You may contact kevinpate009@gmail.com to ask a privacy question or request deletion of personal information, if any, controlled directly by KD Digital App Studio. We cannot delete information controlled independently by another service provider.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed in connection with the Application. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children's Privacy
The Application is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact kevinpate009@gmail.com so we can review the matter.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, applicable requirements or our practices change. The revised version will display an updated effective date. You should review this page periodically.
