These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Galaxy Forge X Simulator (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.galaxy.forge.simulator.vi, provided by KD Digital App Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Fictional Simulation

The Application provides a fictional virtual-mining experience solely for entertainment. It does not perform cryptocurrency mining on your device or through remote or cloud infrastructure. It does not connect to a blockchain, mining pool, cryptocurrency exchange or real wallet.

2. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

USDT Galaxy Forge X Simulator is not a cryptocurrency-mining platform, digital wallet, exchange, investment service or cloud-mining provider. The Application does not produce, distribute or award real USDT or any other cryptocurrency.

All amounts, balances, yields, payouts, rewards, multipliers, hashrates, forge cycles, wallet or vault entries and session details are imaginary values used solely as part of the simulation. They have no monetary value and provide no entitlement to cash, cryptocurrency, products or services. They cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred, sold, traded, redeemed or converted.

No statement, calculation, animation or result shown in the Application should be understood as evidence of real mining, ownership, earnings, profit or payment. The Application does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and no financial return is offered or guaranteed.

USDT, Tether and all related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. KD Digital App Studio operates independently and has no partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or official association with Tether Operations Limited, any blockchain network, wallet provider, exchange, mining pool or cryptocurrency service.

3. No Monetary Value

All balances, yields, estimated values, hashrates, rewards, multipliers, payouts, forge cycles, rig statistics, wallet or vault entries, status indicators and session records are fictional simulation elements.

These elements:

  • Are not real USDT, cryptocurrency, money, tokens or digital assets

  • Carry no cash or monetary value

  • Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, sold, redeemed or converted

  • Cannot be sent to a wallet, exchange, bank account or another person

  • Do not represent ownership of cryptocurrency, mining equipment or mining power

Terms such as “wallet,” “vault,” “yield,” “payout,” “claim,” “hashrate,” “online,” and “forge” describe app mechanics only and do not indicate a real financial transaction or mining operation.

4. No Earnings or Financial Services

The Application does not offer or guarantee income, profit, investment returns, passive earnings or financial rewards. Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. You must not make financial decisions based on simulated information shown in the Application.

5. Forge Cycles and Daily Streaks

Forge cycles, daily check-ins, streak multipliers, fictional payouts and rewards are entertainment features only. Completing any cycle, streak or milestone does not entitle you to money, cryptocurrency, goods or services.

We may change, reset, suspend or discontinue cycle durations, reward values, multipliers, streak rules, hashrates and other simulation mechanics as the Application evolves.

6. Local Data and Factory Reset

Simulation progress is stored locally on your device. Using the factory-reset feature, clearing app data, uninstalling the Application, changing devices, device failure, software updates or technical errors may permanently remove your fictional balance, streaks and session history.

Because these values have no monetary value, KD Digital App Studio has no obligation to restore, reimburse, replace or compensate for lost simulation progress.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity

  • Manipulate timers, local storage, virtual balances, rewards or app functionality

  • Present screenshots or fictional balances as proof of real mining, cryptocurrency ownership, earnings or payment

  • Attempt unauthorized access to remote configurations, servers or services

  • Damage, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits it

8. External Services and Links

The Application may provide links to policy, support or other external pages. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. KD Digital App Studio does not control or accept responsibility for their independent content, availability, security or practices.

9. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation

The Application's original software, design, text, graphics and other content provided by KD Digital App Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Application according to these Terms.

USDT, Tether and related names, symbols and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a fictional simulation does not establish affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. KD Digital App Studio is not associated with Tether Operations Limited, any cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, blockchain network, mining pool or cloud-mining service.

10. Availability and Modifications

We may update, modify, reset, suspend or discontinue any part of the Application where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product changes, technical reasons or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KD Digital App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of local simulation progress. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Age and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to accept these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to protect the Application, address abuse, comply with law or discontinue the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Application, applicable requirements or our practices. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
